Before you express an interest in living in a property you must check that it is right for you. Read the property adverts carefully and make sure that from the information in the advert you think you would accept and offer if one was made.

Properties are advertised on a regular basis, please ensure you are regularly checking the website for new properties to bid on.
Sheltered properties are advertised each week from 00:01 on a Thursday until 23:59 to the following Monday.

The adverts give you information about who the landlord is, the location, size and rent of the property, as well as information about other features of the property. We will also tell you about any special eligibility requirements, for example if there is a minimum age requirement.
Where available a photograph of the property or a similar house type is provided and you can also access information about the local area and facilities.
